Snack/Bathroom Break Time: When the Decepticons are trying to extract info from Sam in a warehouse
Review: So the professional reviewers didn't seem to like this movie, but I enjoyed the 2.5 hours of escapism. Granted, the ending fight scene seemed to drag on a little too long and the movie was a little predictable, but I liked being able to escape hearing about Michael Jackson and the crazy Phoenix heat! I went to see it because I liked the first movie, but even if you haven't seen the first one, you'll still understand the second.
Good points:
- easy plot to follow, especially with my brain being fried from the heat
- guys will enjoy Megan Fox, gals will like Josh Duhamel
- a good inspiring line when Optimus Prime says, "Fate rarely calls on us at a moment of our choosing"
- the funny twin robots that add some cute lines
- 2.5 hours is long, especially when you need to go to the bathroom!
- as I said before, the fight scene at the end was a little long
- no amazing emotional connection to warrant a perfect banana
